Trainee Certified Nursing Specialist The Meyer & Kratzsch nursing service is an outpatient specialist nursing service for psychiatry / geriatric psychiatry. 
We have been operating in various districts of Berlin for over 25 years. We employ around 750 staff and care for more than 1,000 clients.
 Are you a care professional who wants to develop into a manager? We offer you the opportunity to gain experience for a management role in an outpatient setting as part of a one-year trainee program in one of our Berlin branches. 
What can you expect as a trainee with us?
 A permanent contact person will accompany you throughout the entire trainee period. You will get to know our different focus areas, from touring to special outpatient psychiatric care (APP) and the care of residential communities for people with dementia.
 Step by step, you will take on management tasks, such as moderating team meetings, care rounds and staff appraisals, and reflect on these in discussions with your manager. 
You will expand your specialist knowledge of psychiatric clinical pictures. During your one-year trainee program, you will receive a fair salary. 
After successfully completing the trainee program, you can expect a secure permanent position in our management area and further qualification opportunities (e.g. as a PDL): 
You have completed vocational training as an exam.You may have a university degree in nursing management, a Bachelor of Nursing or a comparable degree, optionally also further training as a PDL (not a prerequisite).
 You can deal with the stresses and strains of working in the healthcare sector. 
You would like to take on responsible tasks in a competent management team with empathy, clarity and heart.
 You have a class B driver's license.
